1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.3 488fa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 488fa account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

3.2 488fa strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature is available free of charge from within the account security settings panel.

5 Betting Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 488fa platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
